Tourists scarcely need an excuse to visit Maastricht, a lovely city in the extreme southeast of the Netherlands, but from March 16 to 25, visitors have the extra incentive of TEFAF: The European Fine Art Fair. For those who aren't in the know, this is the fair for arts and antiques connoisseurs, where hundreds of dealers come to show off their (often museum-quality) wares to a well-heeled international audience.
